COINXION Utility Project

The COINXION project is to create a web based platform that provides a global exchange facility for the exchange of goods and services. Our ambition and vision to become the next generation Ebay, or Amazon for the Crypto Currency Community.

The quality of this platform will be reflected by its user experience and interface designs – we endeavor to make this new buying/selling experience one that is easy to integrate into the mainstream community and is not only attractive, but fun to pick up, learn and play around with.

When the 1st Stage of the COINXION project is complete users will be able to register and open an account for FREE. They can then deposit Bitcoin and other selected Alt Coins into their online accounts to start purchasing products. Members will also be able to list products that they would like to sell in our BUY and SELL section. Bitcoin and another selected Alt Coin will be the 1st of two currencies that we will facilitate, and over time we will add other currencies based on our members requests.

Their are two ways to prosper with COINXION, namely, by introducing others as an affiliate to create residual income and by selling your products & services as an individual or as a business merchant.

Is COINXION live now?

No not yet. A large part of the work which is the website page concept and design reached the completion stage in February 2016 along with the website programming specifications and sitemap.
We are now at the next stage which is the actual website back-end programming. The programming timeline is for it to be completed by end of December 2017 and will then go into the Website Testing phase before "LIVE" launch. To date being 14th July 2016 we have raised $31485 which has covered quite a lot of the works so far. We still require the balance to take us to the "LIVE" launch.
The funds used so far has contributed towards:

The website programming specifications.
The website back-end programming.

The funds still required:

The completion of the website design files a number of outstanding invoices.
The costs of work to be completed (3000+ working hours).
The intellectual property documentation.
The corporate structuring.
The dedicated cloud server set up.
The website security products.

COINXION will be registered as a private Community Service Organisation and will have its head office located out of Malta’s world leading high technology center called Smart City Malta. COINXION LLC will be established immediately from the 1st stage funds raising for the purpose of holding all intellectual property and to recognize existing investors with share allocations. We also need funds for setting up our head office space in Malta with the adequate computer equipment and infrastructure to run a project of this size.

Thus far, we have produced the required Photo Shop Documents for all the pages of the website of over 600 working hours for designing and page creation plus the layout of a Sitemap for web development, detailing the unique buy and sell process. Our unique Wish List System and Trading Platform has completed the designing process. It was completed on 26th February 2016.

Their are no charges to members for the use of the COINXION Currency exchange facility and all buying transactions are FREE. There is no advertising beyond what each member can input for themselves, and this is also FREE. Nothing is hidden.

What is our motivation, to create COINXION?

Us along with possibly yourself and many others understand that the only way to create true value in a currency is to create demand for that currency. A part of creating that value is by have utilities that open up ways to use the currency. Bitcoin has been around now for a while and their are a number of different utilities that cater for Bitcoin, which is why Bitcoin is now a valuable, stable currency. Other alt coins are still relatively new and don't have dedicated utilities for their currency.
Crypto Currency is still such a new industry and just like when computers first came out or when the internet first came alive, their is a whole new generation of business opportunities for people to take advantage of in this new arena.
Coinxion is apart of this new generation.
With your help not only will you help us with our project but in doing so you will help yourself and everyone else who owns any of these alt coins, and others that are to soon come onto the market to increase in value and to be come a mainstream method of doing financial transactions.

What are the advantages of being apart of COINXION?

Unlike other websites like Ebay or Amazon, COINXION only accepts payments with the nominated Crypto Currencies that are available through the platform. We do not accept Credit Cards or Fiat Currency through the buy and sell section of the website, although we will accept Credit Cards and Fiat currency for the purchase of Crypto Currencies which will support the Wish List System..

We encourage our members to join our community groups to build relationships with other members and try to participate in all commercial transactions through our system. To keep the value of their accounts always credited with adequate currency to pay for anything they desire.
Our Wish List function will facilitate everyone’s needs by making all products that are sold online via any website to be available through our site to be able to be purchased with Crypto Currency. We will offer incentives to large retail outlets who agree to partner with us as a retail merchant.

The concept of COINXION as a retail sales and currency trading platform is to encourage the community to place significance on the trading of goods and services above the trading of Fiat monetary value and to view Crypto Currency as the only currency that holds true value.

Our members are also rewarded for sharing the COINXION website as an affiliate. Receive a percentage of the transaction fee’s that are charged to any member that you introduce to COINXION. Becoming an Affiliate is FREE. Affiliates are also rewarded for introducing business partners and merchants to COINXION who already accept Crypto Currency and also to introduce merchants to the concept of Crypto Currency as a method of commercial transaction.

Presently, we are a mother and son team, who together make a great team with the combination of our experience and knowledge in the Digital Currency industry and our passion to see Crypto Currency become the only true method of financial transacting we are confident of succeeding..

My name is Carlene Spiteri, I have worked in the Digital Currency industry since 2005 as a marketing consultant and Master Agent for two online global digital payment system, digital currencies, which were so successful that they threatened the existence of traditional money transfer remittance systems and as a result one was shut down by USA Governments in 2008 and the second system was shut down in Australia in 2012. In 2008 the US Government shut down numerous Digital Currency companies that where a threat to the Banks and Remittance companies that charge high fee's and conversion exchange rates. The government even passed a bill to make all forms of digital currency illegal under the Anti Patriot Act to protect the banks and Remittance companies. Bitcoin then come onto the scene as a decentralized form of digital currency and all thought the banks, governments and remittance companies also saw it as a huge threat to their business profits, they could not have it shut down because of its decentralized nature. I have been involved with Bitcoin as an avid user since 2012 around the same time as Technocash was shut down and am constantly educating people about the technology as a currency and its purpose. I also started acquiring other alt coins in late 2014 for a long term investment. From my years of experience in the Digital Currency Industry I have a very clear vision of how to roll out a global system that can make decentralized currencies like Bitcoin and other alt coins a mainstream method of financial transacting, for not only commercial trading but can also revolutionize the remittance industry in a very short period of time with not much effort at all through my existing network.
I am extremely passionate about seeing the success of COINXION and all other decentralized Crypto Currencies we partner with now and in the future.

My name is Daniel Spiteri, I have always had an interest in computer technology and have a very long history of around 16 years as an online gamer and online trader. I am quite well known among the crypto currency community for my trading strategies which I teach to others. I also manage a number of online chat rooms, which I spend most of my days and nights helping other coin holders with their Crypto Currency issues as a support person. I work with a number of people who are trading Crypto Currencies and we are becoming quite successful as a team. Together we all have the same vision which is to see Crypto Currency as the worlds only one true currency network. As a group we all agree that their needs to be more utilities available for the community to use to utilize our coin holdings. My inspiration to create Coinxion came from listening to other coin holders and hearing what it is that most people feel is lacking in the community. I am hoping that Coinxion will satisfy the needs of most Crypto Currency coin holders.

Our vision for COINXION is to see it become the main hub for all Crypto Currency users, be it for buying and selling of goods, trading currencies, and community networking.
